Order acceptance

An order acknowledgement does not always mean payment has been confirmed. Bobo Beauty may contact the customer to verify information, payment or delivery details before dispatch.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel eligible orders before preparation or dispatch using the account dashboard or customer support. Completed, dispatched or customised orders may not be cancellable.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Delivery & Returns Policy, including hygiene restrictions and item-condition requirements.

Intellectual property

The Bobo Beauty name, logo, website design, written content and original media may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Limitation

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where permitted, liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
